no updates unfortunately... however hopefully i can get it all sorted within the next couple of weeks.

Silly me got a bit sidetracked during my week off work... by transplanting a commodore 3.8 engine into an e21 bmw.
another headache... haha

im a sucker for punishment. anyways ill grab the heads off tim soon and will make the trip up to bill's to install the valve springs.

yes... thats the plan. It'll be a bullet , but it's also an auto electrician's worst nightmare. It's been there over a week.

I'm reading this topic now for the first time and I'm curious if the engine is already running or not

its all fixed buddy! had to take it to the star shop to get the tappets adjusted on the new head, and had a problem with the tensioner not working (my fault, gasket goo was blocking the oil hole), and she's been reliable ever since!
