Ground Lug

I think I found a ground connection immediately below the right side, of the right side cam cover .  It is hindering removal/install of said cover.  Is this relocatable easily ?   I hit it hard & it barely moved, which did help some. I am afraid it will break if I try to move it again.

Kroil https://www.kroil.com/  is your friend, then turn the bolt back in some after your turn it out.
Eventually it will work free.
6 point sockets are better than 12 point for stuck bolts.

Your exactly right rumb.......I should have worded my question better.  I mainly wondered if that was a ground lug.  I thought it might be welded on the block !!!  It looked strange,  my eyesight is waning a little I guess, because it must be a small bolt.   I will look much closer. this is why I ask so many questions for as much as I know that may have been a main electrical connection.......anyway  I was a little tired & very frustrated, that lug had caused a lot of trouble. It caught my gasket and almost tore it completely apart, it did tear it badly. !!!  Just more money, & frustration.....but that will go away when I drive it for the first time.........right before it goes off a cliff.........ha......... ???
