Fuel accumulator leaks

Ever since I replaced the fuel pump and all the associated pipes etc I've had a hot starting problem. There were occasional hot starting problem before but now it happens each time once the engine is hot and fuel vapourises due to pressure loss. Cold starting is perfect. There are no external leaks. This is K-jet.

The fuel accumulator was replaced also as a preventative measure. Today I checked how much flows out of the overflow connector. With the pump off I see no seepage. However with the pump running I am collecting about 40 ml every 30 secs.

Can anybody tell me definitively if this is a problem?
