Very nice looking result WGB.  The sticker on the booster is a nice final touch.  Thanks for sharing.

Man that looks good WGB!  Ditto on the sticker.

Off topic, I've never seen one way vac valves like that before, I've only seen blue/black ones.

They don't look original to me either - but they work just fine.

My 450 has the smaller blue black ones.

Very nice work Bill... I can vouch for the level of satisfaction from completing such a task. 8)

Those are the one-way valves for later MBs, BTW... Indeed, I'm sure they work just as well.

Yes, the are the same as on the recently acquired 123.

Expect a call from the Office of Originality Police WGB ;)

Oh God - does that mean all the AMG bits have to come off as well ;D

Scrubbed up really well Bill!!  Agree with the sticker, great finish.

On the brake bleeder, it's similar to the one I use in the MB Spares workshop..  I remember seeing somewhere on here where you got it from, but had a search about 3-4weeks ago and couldn't find the thread.
Could you possibly post the link up?
There's a few guys an another performance forum who are having brake issues and I recommended a good pressure bleeder for maximum results.  They work a treat.

Cheers,
Cam.

Hi Bill,

The Motive Power website recommends adapter model 1100 or 1109 for MB (all years).

Adapter 1100 is apparently 45mm
Adapter 1109 is apparently 46mm

Which adapter do you have, and do you feel it fits the reservoir well?

(different kits feater different adaptors - I'm looking at kit 0100 which is indicated as being for european cars, and contains adapter 1100)

Thanks
