This could be a good deal..

Indeed. But this is a complete assy. I am well stocked up there, but I would have gone after it otherwise.

Be cautious of this seller.  A lot of their parts are marked up higher than retail, and they claim everything they have listed is rare and no longer available, when, in fact, a lot of the pieces are still available.  I've also tried working with the seller(s) in making very reasonable offers for various parts only to be met with hostility and name calling.  They're not really worthy of any consideration.

https://www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de/s-anzeige/retro-vintage-koffer-mercedes/594147952-90-8432

This is no doubt a Hepco, belonging to the W116 -and W116-era suitcase set. It's the small case, the one that always gets lost, or separated from the set, -if you can find a set. (Last set I saw on offer was 8500usd)
For 35 bucks it's really worth buying it, whilst awaiting the others to pop up. I saw it's big brother on offer on ebay Klein as well, but have been unable to find it back at the moment. It was even cheaper, and I guess it will return again in a bit. They been trying to sell it for over a year.

Yeah, I am catching up a bit, after na few weeks holiday.
Bumped into these:

NOS front seat covers, and as far as I know, no company offers identical replacements for these NLA covers.

The raw materials are available still for leather, fabric and MB-tex interiors, so rebuilding those covers from scratch is not a major headache. Velours is another side of the spectrum.

Steenbuck and Cabrio.de can supply the raw materials, maybe not for all combinations, but certainly for the more popular ones.
Any skilled upholsterer will be able to rebuild these to OEM spec then.
