Neither of my UK/RHD cars did.
Wasn't that a 6.9 specific feature, to go along with the suspension?

6.9 cars weren't offered vacuum assisted headlights because of the hydraulic suspension......or any W116/R107/W126 that had hydraulic suspension or rear leveling. Why? because it would have been redundant. The vacuum assisted headlights were in place to compensate for sag in the rear of the car when loaded. Since cars with hydraulic suspension and/or self leveling in the rear automatically corrected their ride height when loaded down, having to adjust the headlights wasn't necessary. Granted, none of this is to say that someone couldn't have installed vacuum assisted light leveling on a 6.9 or the like, or even specifically requested it when ordering the car new, but my point was to bring to light that the 6.9 isn't supposed to have the vacuum assisted lighting. On;y spring suspended cars were offered the option.
