If you ever wanted the "tabellenbuch", there's the very last edition (January 1981) that covers W116, on German eBay. It is largely identical to the January 1980 edition, but is especially handy if you also have an early W126 in your stable: http://www.ebay.de/itm/301909452438

A sane price for these is around 40-45EUR in good condition, so get negotiating ;)

p.s.: I've no connection to seller.

I scored this mint webasto clock.

They have other NOS Porsche / VW items of interest.

I take it you'll not use it for W116? The housing is different. If you have the W116 Webasto housing to replace, that's fine.

Isn't this the NOS spare fuse box Stan was after?

No, regrettably not. The W116-identical spare fuse box is still available from MB.
What I need is the replacement bulb box.

I will just remove the clock from the VW housing and put into the W116 one.

interesting detail in that ad, it reads  "The bulbs are not made in Germany".  thus safe to assume only the plastic box and foam are (?)
I thought the common practice was to state country of origin and not countries where the product is not manufactured at.  the list can be looooonnnggg.......  ;)

For tax/customs purposes the country of the last significant manufacturing operation is regarded as the country of origin of the final product.
If you have 10 bulbs made in India, one box made in China, and it's all assembled into a final product in Germany, including adding branding and some external packaging - the country of origin would be Germany. The product may contain a list of all individual countries of origin though. It's messed up :)

Saw it before it came online.
From the Ponton-era, an a popular aftermarket Becker at the time. The glove comp. box is W116, and it seems there is a hole in the middle to fit the 60's Reims.
The 70's Becker AM selector from the W116-option era looks like this:

interesting it comes with 2x extra motors as replacements just in case one fails. these things break down for not being used rather than work cycles.  happened to one of mine some time ago, now fixed

The description says just 2 motors, not what is pictured.
