I thought so to at first, but that reflector number I could check. That comes back at a "right side".  :o Weird.

It's left, when looking from the front of the car.
Tell tale signs - level adjuster on top, fog light on right.

 ???
left side from the cars perspective. fog light on it's left.

So it IS a left side headlight.

Are we saying the same thing?

Nope. You and Stan were right, I mixed my sides up. And all I needed to do was look at my own avatar... Sorry for adding to the confusion folks.

These days them Beckers apparently need to fetch the value of a month's disposable income. And then often not even complete.
This one got the amp and the booklet, it's a stereo and  it's a cassette. Quite possible the price can drop a bit under 250. Just sayin.

well, the seller took the bumpers apart for me, AND found a way to ship them to Taiwan for 120 euros.. (not 40, but also not 800 euros)
To be continued.

it took a while, but the bumper arrived! Just the main bar, for shipping the complete bumper set simply would have been unaffordable. Costs all-in 414 euro, to my door in Taiwan. That is not cheap, but buying and shipping a new one from VDH would have been 4x more expensive.
Still, for that money you'd want a real nice specimen. And it is! Almost spotless.
So, in the end, it wasn't 40 euros in shipping, and it took quite a few mails back and forth, but turned out a pretty good deal.
Thinking to maybe mount that one first, while I learn to park that car in hectic Taipei.

Just a heads up for those eBay shoppers:
Germany has recently resumed normal international postal services for most of the developed countries, and prices are back to 01/01/2018 levels. :)
