Drag links - difference between LHD/RHD?

Hi all, the only thing that is now preventing my car from being back on the road is a worn drag link - the garage say it wont pass inspection in the current state.

They say that while there are loads of LHD versions online, they can't find any RHD versions for sale.  Stupid question, but does anyone know if they are definitely different from RHD to LHD?

Even assuming they are, it must be fairly easy to get an RHD version, as its the same part as on a w123.  I know that one code is 123 460 15 05 - but does anyone know the RHD equivalent?
