D-Jetronic System that equips the 280SE 1976 require a fuel pressure regulator and a fuel pressure dumper?

I bought a mercedes 280SE 1976 and the engine came in a bag. I already solved the problem of the oil pump and the radiator. The distributor is already more or less. Right now my question is with the pressure valves. I need help with information. Thanks. ortolanimarcos@yahoo.com.br

D-Jetronic ended in 1974.  Your car should have CIS.  If the engine you have is an actual D-Jetronic engine, then you'll have to source a correct engine with CIS.

Yes it does. Also at least on the 450 there is another damper just after the fuel tank.
