Alternator bracket question

I'm about to swap out my alternator bracket but I've noticed on mine the bolt that holds the alternator to it is a sunk in allen bolt where as all the brackets I'm coming across have a normal bolt and washer set up. My concern is my belt runs right below the allen bolt and I'm wondering if I swap it with the normal bolt set up if it'd rub on the bolt?
