ACC baby steps...

Hi guys

I am sure all of us are familiar with the ACC "Whack a mole" game ;D  Due to Covid boredom I decided to chase the vacuum leak that caused my system to shut down during hard acceleration.  Lots of Mityvac fun led me to the culprit, the large blue actuator for the fresh air flap, it was done like dinner :o  Apparently this is one of the first ones to go tits up so to anyone having fits, check this one first, I think it works a lot so after 40+ years the diaphragm will be toasty.

Now the system seems to work much better I have to say.  But...it does not want to turn off when I push the OFF button, hmm...When I go from AUTO LO to OFF, it seems to stay on the AUTO LO setting.  What gives ???  I am guessing the vacuum is switched away, thus it is only the blower running, so maybe this is a relay issue?

Any sage advice appreciated.
Cheers

I replaced the pushbutton switch and now working like a charm ;D  Pretty cheap and still available from the Classic Centre.
