350SEL rear shocks replacement?

Hi all

Happy New Year!

My rear shocks are going south and was wondering what replacement shocks i should get. How do they differ from model to model i.e. 280S vs 450SEL etc. I know on the 6.9s they are Hydro, totally different.

What should I go for? Monroe Reflex? Bilstein?
