300SD 1980 engine for sale

Any interest in the engine from my 1980 SD? Odometer reads approx 400,000. Bought this wrecked car as a donor and have been pulling interior parts and odds and ends. Engine is still intact! Person that sold me the car was driving it daily up until his accident! The engine turns over immediately and no smoke. My only requirement is that you take the car.. cannot be parted out in my parking.
