I have found a 6.9 which is a wreck. It has a 300km/h speedo in it (VDO brand name).
Did any 6.9 come out with that. How much are they worth? Are they common? Has that speedo come from another later model car?
Any info appreciated.Never seen one before.

at last - after a year of reading i finally logged in successfully (yes i am challenged) and can do my first post!
is this 6.9 at the wreckers in adelaide?? after your done with your picking, would you mind letting us know which one as i might consider getting a few bits (or at least ask an adelaide friend!)

no the car is not at a wreckers. is in the back yard of someone i have recently met. don t know them too well but the car is a wreck from the body as has to much rust. he wants 7k for it which is way to much as I only paid 9k for mine which has a great body an was mechanically no to bad. but as all 6.9s parts are often quite expensive.
what are you after. maybe it would be worth buying the care with some other peoplea and part it quickly.
