finally I've managed to get around to paying a visit to a mb parts dealership and remember to obtain the 2 Cu crush washers for the suspension pump banjo fitting.
It only took 8 years.
17 mm ring spanner, 10 minutes of effort and 2 Cu washers at $4 something each.
DONE
no more drips from suspension pump banjo fitting at all - and i tested it thoroughly.
Nice work, I believe I need to do the same so I can install Koan's pump for testing.

the ones i removed i have had off and on about 4 bazillion times in the past and they are like pancakes.
they seem to survive being removed and reused a few times before becoming totally useless at sealing ;)
