Hello there, was wondering if anyone can give me the part number for the white rocker molding grommets I believe there's like 10 on each side. I was told by someone that the red grommets for the side trim are the same but they don't look the same to me. I'm not sure if they are actually called called grommets but I didn't know how else to describe them 🙃

There are a total of 22, or 11 on each side.

The part number changed 4-5 times over the years, but the current part number is 001-988-76-81.  They are white.  The red ones are for the trim that holds the guard strips on to the doors, fenders, and quarter panels.  Though, some venues might sell light blue ones, which are fine.  It only means they're an aftermarket or a repair size (a little smaller) for when the car is painted and the holes that the grommets go into shrink a little due to the extra paint being around the openings of the holes.

Postman70, I have a package of 100 Mercedes Benz 001-988-76-81 Moulding Insert Clips (the white ones) being shipped to me from China and expect to receive them later this month.  I see you are in NYC. How many do you need as I am likely going to have extras.
