Wheel arch rust - rear

Well crap!

I noticed a couple of bubbles in the spring, but this sure has moved along. Should have gotten to it right away but we all know how life goes.

After all these years, I'm no stranger to these things, and if anyone has any GREAT ideas on this particular job, I'm all ears.

Grind it out, find the edges of the rust and either patch it or weld in new.

No great ideas to be had here.  Cut it out, weld a replacement panel in. There's 3rd party ones on the market that fit perfectly, and MB offers none.
