Some time ago I asked where the extension tube from the motor in the boot was fixed as in mine it was just hanging free. No one appeared to have any idea saying the theirs was free and not supported. I had considered fixing a bracket in the top of the wing although there was no evidence of one. It was also suggested that there might be a clip or similar on the back of the trim/liner. but again there was no evidence. I was refitting the trim yesterday and the answer was quite simple really it just clips on to the top edge.
