After locating the data card for my 450SE, I've finally identified that my green leather interior is "206". Overall the condition of the leather is average. There is a big hole on the driver's bolster and on the top of the rear back rest the leather has started to crack :( Any advice on restoration?
If you are thinking about replacing leather, GAHH in the US (California) are the go to guys. Be prepared to sell a kidney though ::)
Assuming the leather is still decent a Letherique treatment can do wonders. The also sell dye. You could have a shop just replace the one panel perhaps.

I got a new seat cover from them. It was a mat finish and doesn't match the rest of the car. My upholstery guy says it will shine up to match...in about 30 years. If I had it to do again, I would have just gotten replacement panels. Any good shop can do the work.
