Can anyone post a picture from inside their trunk as to where the lug wrench is supposed to be?

Thanks in advance!

in the tool bag, which is missing on 99.9% of w116's for some unknown reason. Unknown because the tools are rubbish quality and unfit for anything other than emergency use.  8)

The tool bag in my car (Ol' Soggybottom) is a scrap of damp,  mouldy canvas with some crap rusty spanners.  the only reason I haven't tossed it out is it serves as a good reminder that I need to replace the tail light seals soon to prevent water leaking in.

Thanks Scott for the pics. I will have to pic one of these up. Where is the tool kit placed?

Mine was just rolled up and tied and placed on top of the jack, kinda wedged up against the spare. I can't tell you for sure if there is a proper tie down for it because the beast is at the shop having the fuel system looked at, fuel pressure and flow rate stuff(it's driving me nuts). I'd pull my hair out if it wasn't so thick! :D

Mine has recently had the fuel distributor and warm up regulator replaced. It goes to the mechanic tomorrow to have him try and figure out the hard warm start. Thanks again for the radio. I may send it back to Becker Auto Sound because they put the aux in on a cord out the back instead of in the front of the radio. I also no longer have the harness on my car to connect to the Becker. I guess it was sniped off when the aftermarket radio was put in?

The original Beckers only need a switched +12V rail from the ash tray electrical connector, and a chassis ground connection. The speaker leads go straight to the amp, as does the +12V switched output to the antenna.

If it's the speaker harness you're missing, the plugs on the amp end are standard 2-pin DIN plugs.

I didnt see it the guy putting it in did. Then he later told me this: "You need the connectors to speaker jacks and power antenna trigger output."
