Months ago I removed the pictured panel under the dash. At the time I was too lazy and stupid to take pictures (lesson learned!). I now have no idea where it came from. Doubtless it's cleverly engineered to be a critical part of the ventilation system. Input welcome, thanks!
If memory serves me correct it goes behind the ventilation duct (the ones that goes from the center console to the door) to the firewall. Don't know if it's left or right.

Hopefully somebody can shed some light on the next (and last) mystery panel below. I know it's from the driver's footwell someplace. The circular cutout obviously goes around something and there's a nice plastic finish on part of it suggesting that appearance/visibility plays some role. But for the life of me I can't figure it out. Clues eagerly accepted. Thanks as always,
ps - I promise on a stack of bibles to always always always take pix at every step.

I wish! My recollection is that it's up on or around the firewall someplace and was one of the last pieces to come out. The panel on the other side is the first to come out, then the duct. In the picture it looks flat, but it isn't flat at all, it's shrouding a shaft or conduit or something. When (and if) I get it back in place I'll post a picture. I'll keep messing with it....
Dave for sure this goes under driver side dash. The cut out surrounds the gas pedal shaft. You will see where the metal push pins go in once you have it in position .
