License plate screws

I have had no luck finding the rear license plate screws/fasteners. My plate is currently on with some nylon screws that don't fit either but strip out rather then stripping out the threads in the holes. On my trip to the dealership today the parts guy ordered 4 screws he said will work (hopefully).

3,33$ just because they are metric screws??

Here in europe the licence plate is attached with 4 screws M6 (6 millimeter) stainless steel. The same on all modells (W116, W115, W114, W123 etc).

$3.33 because I got them from the Mercedes dealership. I could not find them anywhere so I paid the price. They worked!
