Grill removal

Hey everyone, I've removed the whole grill from the bonnet and sitting in front of me but I can't for hell figur out how to take the grill out of the chrome housing. How do the 4 springs come out I'm scared of breaking it???

I've used a combination of a flat blade screwdriver and pliers... they're clipped onto the chrome quite aggressively but you're not likely to break anything, just work them off and you should be OK.
