Driver Door Handle Replace And Barrel Replace

Hi All,

would anyone know to replace a driver door handle barrel. my door handle broke and i have a replacement from online which was from a LHD car (no key) but would like to swap the barrels over so i can use my original key.

I have seen a post elsewhere which said to remove the screw on the back and the barrel should come out but i cant see this on mine. can someone shed some light my way
