Yep - the black wraps around the wheel arch level with the sill black. The rest is body colour (midnight blue on my 116, so not particularly noticeably different).

They also call this coating "stone guard" - that's what I used on the 300 for the inside of the guards and lower sills.

And it's what I used inside my wheel arches to protect them against stone chips - it's quite effective.
