It's a 9mm socket on the backside of the dashboard, accessible after removing the instrument cluster, glovebox liner, and possibly center console and speakers. Some of the plastic nuts are accessible by wrench, some by socket, some with extensions on the socket. Sometimes they can be unscrewed mostly by hand. The wood on the backside of the glovebox door comes off with a Phillips screwdriver. It's a painful job, especially the first time.
