They would have done a whole bunch of work and be running large boost numbers for that power.
A 6.9 with a 5 or 6 speed manual gear box would be quite capable of similar style driving.  Without the hydro suspension though I'd reckon.

Love the 123 wagon drift action...  so solid.  In fact, maybe Supercharger 6.9 has some involvement with these dudes??!  Robert?

thats what im talking about.
a fwe weeks back, i saw two great looking 123 wagens here within 2 days.  not seen any keepers in a while. i was about to turn and ask if they wanted to take me details when they sold, but the wife was with me and gave me a very dirty look.

I think both Nathan.   Your wife (I assume the one I met at the concour, MeiMei??) being Chinese like my girlfriend (Singaporean) shares a dislike for not only "Man toys" but also "Old Stuff" in general.  "Why fix something when you can buy a new one??"  Well, this is what I did, and it works a treat.

Chinese girls really dislike other girls who are either taller and/or have bigger tits.  I was at a car show once with the 308 (Which my g/f absolutely detested on the grounds of it being smelly, old and loud).  An old lady friend with big tits came along and commented on how beautiful the car looked and how lucky my g/f was to have a partner that was into lovely old cars as opposed to singing karaoke in a dingy KTV lounge with a few hostesses like her cheating ex husband used to do.

Funny, after that, the car hobby has not only been tolerated, there is even the occasional hint of encouragement lol.  Good luck!
