[SOLVED] Anyone good with engine numbers ( 5 cylinder diesel )

Looking for a water pump for the motor in my ambulance, that would be a five cylinder 3 liter diesel.

The "common" one I ordered from the internet had the wrong mountings, as did the one ordered from a parts shop.

Is it possible to determine which one I need from the engine number ?

After about three hours of googling I'm 99% sure that I found the pump I'm looking for, seems the motor came out of a T1 bus.
