When I first glanced at the opening picture all I saw was a black ute and some kind of fancy bus stop behind it

But no, the bus stop is attached

I wonder if it's real gold leaf applied to the temple.  Anyway, I reckon the temple belongs on something more traditional like a horse drawn carriage with the same amount of decoration worthy of the temple.  Not on top of a Nissan.
