I've been meaning to bring the standard down a little by showing off my wrecks     but I wont.  Sort of. 

Firstly a couple of my favourite shots of the red 280S which has now a stripped interior, has donated many engine parts to POVO and is basically being stripped for god knows what.  But a couple of years ago it was a beauty.

Second two shots are recent ones of POVO on the track over Easter at Oran Park, Sydney, AUS.  It's so slow I can afford to wave.

That reminds me, I must remove the pinstriping from my 450SEL. They look a lot cleaner without it IMHO.

White's funny.  I love it, some people hate it, but by the time the track car gets done up with a seriously fast colour scheme and fake sponsor decals, there shouldn't be recognisable.  The 350 does look good when it's all clean like that.   I rarely wash it these days coz as soon as I do, dust storm then some dew the next day ruins it.  I just try and keep the windscreen clean.  You should see the red car though.  I love that colour but it's got two years of dust on it now.

Easy Patrick, I stole it from my mum about 200,000 kms ago, she bought it new in March 1980.  the others I just find on the internet and make silly offers!

w116s should be kept in a sealed, temperature controlled lockup garage

a 30+ year old Mercedes (in its senior years) deserves to get special treatment, just like senior citizens.
