This might actually be the only option for us K-jet enthusiasts one day, considering the aav's are no longer manufactured or available.

just checked with my collection of EPC's

w116 450 SEL K-jet 4.5 litre upper intake manifolds are the same part number as early w126 500SEL K-jet 5.0 litre engines.

PB, problem solved you say?!  problem solved? when a merc enters the V manor, it may never completely leave.  you know we will need to do at least one of these bad boys up! ;)

seriously, i think for the price i got it, id rather have the engine and trans 'on the shelf'...hopefully i can sell the body, interior of darkie soon and get the engine out - that damn pulsing makes daily driving a bit annoying.
