Was there a best of ? I watched this movie a few months ago, and have to say that after sitting through 2 hours of it that it was a complete and utter waste of time. It that was the best of the 4, I am glad I didn't see the other 3.

Craig: For a moment there I was beginning to think I'd unnecessarily missed something worthwhile (I've seen none of these "east versus west" fantasies - nor, for that matter, any Stallone movie).  Thanks for confirming my belief that (as I feel about most products of Hollywood) they aren't worth watching.   :D

I was, at the tender age of 13 or 14, told by my school principal that I was an intellectual snob - because I wasn't into many of the things my age-peers were into (I'd rather have read some Shakespeare or Donne than go to the "flicks").  If that be other people's perception, I can live with it, but I'm just not (never have been) into (so-called) popular culture - with one or two exceptions such as car collecting (and then only less common marques).

Perhaps it's all a product of my stilted, agrarian upbringing.

More likely it is the direct result of having an active and inquiring mind and an effective claptrap filter... ;D
