Hi all,
ive been doing research into my ongoing 500GE project and not driving the 6.9 much lately.
im hoping someone can recall the address for a MB site which you plug the part number into and it gives you the price in germany...i have a million obscure parts and feel
bad asking the guy at the classic centre to punch them all up if i dont intent to buy them as they are too steep...as they say, if i have to ask, you know i cant afford it!
if anyone remembers this site which i think i found via benzworld.org, please let me know
regards

This is the Parts query page of the German classic center

Parts query

For the 6.9 at least don't forget to convert to $AU and multiply by a factor between 2.5 and 4 to get the local ripoff price.

they're a bit rich on the old postage... they only use international couriers too, UPS, which means if a delivery fails, you either need it left unattended on your door step or venture out to that shithole known as welshpool to pick it up in person - in business hours only. Couriers are absolutely useless for me and are only used as a last resort.
