Leading on from the BMW thread, I have a thing for these "silly" little cars, have always wanted to own ,a bubble car

I don't know why but I have always found these little cars quite attractive, maybe more for their novelty  value more than anything, they probably aren't that much to drive. I guess also I love the aeroplane inspired looks to them. Something so radical, you don't see car makers doing things like these anymore.

It's called filling in a Form 1 (Committal to an institution for examination) followed by a Form 2 - (Transport Form).

It doesn't hurt a bit so long as you don't resist the nice Police Constable.
