Flex Disc Replacement

Hi Guys

The flex discs on my 115 are looking very ordinary and need replacing.  Is it a pretty straight forward job and are there any tips and tricks I need to look out for to do the job?  Is the drive shaft going to be in balance afterwards or does it need adjusting once the new discs are in place?  What is the torque setting for the bolts and is it different for the front and rear disc?

It's straight forward, but they need to go in a certain direction so be aware of this.

There should be marking on the disc.

With best regards

My service manual only covers 107s and 116s on this, but anyway - here's the list of remarks they make:
- Mark each part of the shaft so that you can line them up again on re-assembly. It's due to the parts being factory pre-balanced.
- The torque is as follows:
a) if using M10 bolts, 45Nm
b) if using M12 bolts, 65Nm

It's covered under 41-050 "Gelenkwelle ein-, ausbauen"
1993 "Pearl Blue" W124 280TE
1988 "Arctic White" W124 200T
1979 "Icon Gold" W116 450SE
