How's this for an engine conversion on a W126?
However, I think they pushed it a bit hard as there's some flameage there... :o

It certainly is.  8)

Here's the Link to the album in its entirety. You can see the under-bonnet fire in some of the pics, or at least that's what I assumed it was anyway.
Just as a side note, there was also a Ford explosion in there too. :o

That's interesting about the throttle plates, but in some shots they appear to be partially open. Who knows, but that car was at the event in that state. Absolutely mad. 8)
