Hankook has created the following 2:00 video on the future of vehicle tires.  Future science at its finest.

PS:  I still can't figure out how to properly embed a video.  It is so frustrating.

Interesting technology, but a bit ugly to my eyes. I wonder how the rolling resistance is compared to standard tires.

When I embedded a youtube video, I did it this way (remove the "<>" on each end) <[flash=640,480 (put in the dimensions the of your vid that the youtube site shows)]http://www.youtube.com/v/fDpczK1-e4Y?rel=0[/flash]> The original URL was http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fDpczK1-e4Y, but I removed the "watch?v=" with "v/".

Looks like a fun place to work.

Hubertz, what Squiggle said. When I forget how to do it (which is almost every time) I just View Page Source (on Firefox) of the web page that has an embedded video, and do what they did.

Something that just struck me about those tyres that are 3 piece on the rim, it is Tech that Mercedes Benz has had on their front ends for years and the further you turn your wheel the more negative camber you get.

It is one of the innovative ideas that had me shelve my troublesome W124 wagon instead of running it over with a bulldozer.
