Hi has anyone returned parts to Autohaus,I have some parts that were broken in the post and i would like to know if someone has got a refund back or should I just right it off as bad luck.
I have contacted them but its like im getting a bit of the run around, also do i have to pay the postage cost as Im  in Australia.
And if you are looking for a sel back door rubber[ passenger side] I will have one cheap if I cant send it back .
Thank you.

Ive had them send me the incorrect part before, and still have to pay the return postage to send it back to them. They did however not charge for the postage for the correct part, but at the end of the day, i was still out of pocket $45 and it was "too bad"

Was this using their whizbang over priced new international courier, or the old USPS system ? I never had any problems with good old USPS, which was half the price. 45+ $300+ orders. Now i refuse to deal with them at all.

Its the whizbang one cost me $117 in postage costs

that is disgusting, a courier service should provide insurance for the items they are carrying.

Please let us all know how you get along - Autohaus have some splaining to do.

Im starting to think that too don't think i will send it back, like Major Tom said it cost $45 out of his own pocket so i think i will just live and learn on this one :(
