Was surfing Ebay and came upon this!

Not sure what to think, is it sort of stealing the info off the library?

Nope. Apparently that's how the service manual is delivered in electronic form. But then again, the one I have looks and works entirely different (it's an interactive PDF, sort of).

Its the dealer service manual CD, I have the W124 and W107 legit versions already and they are identical apart from the content.

The W107 version was around the $70 mark compliments of MB Spares Canberra which is reasonable.
