Readers digest book of the car
- If you know nothing about cars here's an excellent starting point! Or even if you know a fair bit im sure youd find it a great read, its about 430 pages and covers auto history, car styles, how a car works, variations of each component, DIY servicing and repair, tools how to use them and heaps more stuff! Its really nicely illustrated. just spent all of last night reading about how a differential works- makes sense now

Ha ha! it was printed in 1976! 4 years before my existence. yes I've been short-listed for that prize too! I think it works on kids cause i remember wondering why mum didn't subscribe.
