W116.org

Hi all,
just noted that the show and shine event is on this sunday...not too sure of other details as the updated club site hasnt been updated in about 1 year!
also uncertain of the location, formerly in peppermint grove, the wise decision was made to move it to freo for the first time last year, and when it rained it was cancelled??

anyhow, i will probably head down...it didnt used to cost anything and we could put forward a good 116 showing

will send another email when i get more details

I attended the MBCCWA last night at Westpoint Star.

It is at Stirling ?Square, Guildford - meeting before 10 until about 3.

I have a meeting until about 1 but will probably cruise down in something with a star on it - Model will depend on whether it is raining or not.

They would like any M-B's they can  to turn up no matter who they are and for as long or as short a tiome as they want.

It is "Spring in the Valley" and they want to be seen by as many people as possible.

some oldies on show just in case you couldn't make  it. got there a bit late and just saw a gold w116 drive off.

Yes was a good show, popped down to view them  and saw some very nice examples.
only saw one W116 which was a bit of a shame but it only gave me more enthusiasm to get mine lic and running;)

Nathans mohican made an appearance and so did TJ's 450, till then, there were no 116 v8's present
