That second video though http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLIcuXIHZQY&feature=user.  I thought the plate showed a VIN starting with "6" but the sticker looks like a "5".  You might have to contact the bb.  youtube has corrupted the detail.

Can you privide a link to where you first saw it? Just wondering if its a post I put up here or someone else. Dosnt really bother me in the slightest who linked to it, just curious to see if the vid benefited someone in a thread on a forum that I havnt seen yet.

Could this place be the one you hear about on the way to Nelson's Bay, ie Bob's Farm, somewhere like that.  I used to live up there but don't know Salt Ash.  I wasn't interested in mercs back then but friends going north of newc have told me of a benz bonanza back yard on the way north around Williamtown.

BTW, the link.  I honestly thought it was here http://www.mbcnsw.org.au/forum/index.php/topic,2907.0.html but I can't see it now.  If it wasn't there it was on topklasse under the same or similar titled thread.  It's the only places I've been.  I search youtube alot but I'm positive it was a post that I orginally found the video on.

Yeah, thats the place. Salt Ash is a bit further on from Williamtown heading toward the bay.

Yeah, its a bit sad how what was clearly once a very nice car has gone downhill like that.
