What does the Turn Signal relay look like in a 1978 350SE and location?

I cant seem to locate the turn signal relay on a 1978 Mercedes 350SE.
Does anyone have a photo and location of the unit?

Any help would be appreciated!

LHD or RHD?
On RHD it's under the dash on the bracket that is connected to the brake pedal area.....I think that's what it is.
I replaced mine a while ago.
It is NOT behind the kick panel next to the throttle pedal.
You take the knee pad off, then the air duct going from the console to the A pillar area, then there it is, tucked under the dash.
You need to be a contortionist and do it on your back with the seat right back.
Hopefully someone can explain better.  ::)

I think one of these may be for the turn signal relay, but I don't know which one.  Not sure what any of these do?  This picture is of my 1979 450 RHD, under the right hand side kick plate.  From memory I think you have to remove the knee-roll first, then the kick plate cover, but I could be mistaken.

No, they are normal relays.
The turn signal relay is a larger black box under the steering column.

Don't think so.
There should be a plate with (I think) 2 or 3 relays that are lined up together.
(Not the first photo.)
I doubt if you can see them till you remove the air duct.
Someone should have a photo, I hope.  ;D
It should look like this in black with some connectors as per photo.
