Unwired ACCII upgrade kit

Just wanted to post a little note of praise for the folks at Unwiredtools. I recently purchased the digital servo upgrade kit and couldn't be more pleased with the results. The kit includes everything you will need for the installation, and the installation/owners manual if very straightforward and clear. I'm a pretty good shadetree mechanic and it took me about 90 minutes to install it including the tidying up. That included installing a new auxiliary water pump as well.

Maybe more importantly, their customer service is top notch. I had an electrical gremlin that was keeping the system from working properly, and the rep I traded emails with (Steve) responded quickly and well past normal business hours to help me track it down. Many companies would be happy to tell you to piss off once they determined the problem wasn't with their product, but he provided very accurate info to track down the problem with the factory equipment.

The system itself seems to work better that the original even before the servo broke. I have better temp/fan/vent regulation than I ever had with the factory setup.

We were already aware of your products and were impressed, advertisements in the way of fraudulent testimonials aren't required thanks ;)

Advertisements go into the SHOP section.

This is not a fraudulent testimonial, I'm an actual customer. I really was that easy and they really were that helpful. I've read mentions of the kit on all of the various Benz forums over the past few years but not many from people who had actually purchased it and installed it themselves.

Thanks for the skepticism though, really nice to see.

one has to be skeptical of users who join, never post anything, and then post a testimonial about a company ;)

We get alot of spammers here, but i did notice you joined in 2007....

I'll second the high praise for Unwiredtools.  I installed the kit a year or 2 ago and it's still working great.  Their customer service was great too.
