Does anybody have - or know where to get - an exploded diagram of the auto transmissions? Preferably with a part list.

Further to this I am also chasing a transmission inhibitor switch (part number A 0005433306) from somewhere in Perth. Happy for this to be off a parts car...

Thanks for those Nutz - so the B2 cylinder is the same as the inhibitor switch?

When it comes to a slush box, I'm a total dummkopf.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but that looks like the later 722.3 series transmission, or similar. The B2 piston issue also applies to later versions only.

In other words, I don't think this is applicable to the 116.

The starter inhibitor switch is a separate part that is secured on the casing, where the selector shaft enters the casing. In other words, if you follow the shifter linkage, that will lead you directly to the switch's location. You will need to remove the linkage and yoke prior to removing the switch.
