can anyone tell me how to chang the drivers side front turn signal globe?

Have a look in the Library at the Chassis and Body manual for your vehicle, section 82 "Electrical system of body", job 52 "Removal and installation of lamp unit". Only need to do the turn signal unit of course.

Basically under the bonnet/hood on the side close to the turn signal is a knurled knob, undo it and the lamp unit will then come out, careful, it might fall out.

I thought that was the case but the lamp was still a bit tight so i didn't want to force it and brake it

There's a metal tab that interlocks with the headlight assembly. The turn signal assembly needs to be pulled forward to release after removing the knurled knob. No doubt that is covered in the link Koan provided.
