When I turn the steering wheel to the left I feel and hear a pop under my left foot

What could this be?

Thanks

OK you are in the U.S. so this is a LHD car?  Then the left foot is on the extreme left of the cabin.

It sounds like you have a worn ball joint or suspension bush on the LHS.  Under what conditions exactly does this happen - at highway speed? - at parking lot manuevre speed? - under gentle turning, or at full lock?

I have a us version...left driver....it happens at extremely low speed when I am turning in a parking garage not lock turn in the turn process while the steering wheel is turning.

I just had replaced the front bushings, btw

Apart from steering worn or loose steering box - Cross arm yoke bushes, rear lower arm bush moving.

Shouldn't be hard to see from uderneath.
