The workshop manual, which does in fact include the 560SL (I couldn't see for looking ;)), doesn't seem to mention any specific steering knuckle differences for ABS, or the four piston calipers.

The ABS sensor is installed in the steering knuckle though, that is definite. I would guess that the calipers would interchange, but don't take my word for it, as I've never worked on a 107... I also guessed that W126 calipers would bolt straight on to the W116, which was obviously proven wrong. ;)

Here's some pics of the late style calipers, introduced in 1985:

Anyhow, I think we ought to chillax on the 107 speak.  8)

Just one more thing I found out on a w126 gen 1 coupe I fitted the 560 brakes to, genuine 15 x 7 early pentas actually hit the calipers. It seems like it is only just though and i am considering shaving just a little off the caliper edge. The 16 x 8's I picked up fit fine though of course but I have track tyres on the 15 x 7's and first sprint is March 28 so better try something soon. I think I picked up on benzworld that there are slightly different 15 x 7 pentas for gen 2 that account for this.
