Trunk Lid Swap

Starting some body work. Are the trunk lids for the 4.5 and the 6.9 interchangeable?

All 116 trunk lids are the same, except for the 300SD, which are aluminium and require different springs (but essentially the same size).

If you want to keep the 6.9 badge, then you'll need to drill the holes. That's about it though.

I have a 450SEL lid and will be using that on my 6.9 when the paint work is done. I'll probably go badgeless.
